A5 lands for work experience in Cyprus!

From 2nd -12th April, atheneum 5 are spending time abroad using Erasmus+ funding getting to know about the world of work in an international setting.

After a safe journey from Amsterdam to Larnaca, followed by an exciting bus drive to Limassol we arrived at our destination for the next 10 days.
We were kindly welcomed and the rules and regulations were explained to our group. Our first evening was spent working on our progress journal by forming our learning goals for the placement.

Today (Wednesday), all of our students started their work placement in different companies (from marketing, to healthcare, childcare and even IT). After a hard day on the job, it was time for some sports and fun at the beach. After dinner we had some more work to do in the journal.
Pleasing to see that the students are showing good reflection skills when describing which competences they are working on to achieve their goals.
